It's never too young to start thinking about what you want to be when you grow up.  

On April 27, Collinsville CUSD 10 fourth graders gathered at Webster Elementary for the annual "When I Grow Up" Job Fair.

From trying their hand at carpentry by hammering a nail to learning the science of dental care, the students got a firsthand, hands-on look at what it takes to build a career.

Special thanks to the 2026 community participants who volunteered their time and resources to share their expertise with our students.
