CHS Drama Program Honored by Board of Education at July Meeting

At their July 2026 regular monthly meeting, the CUSD 10 Board of Education honored the Collinsville High School theatre program for a year of success, including regional awards earned for their musical "Between the Lines." 

CHS Principal Bobby Wright introduced Sierra Horst, theatre program director, who recognized the student award winners who were able to attend the meeting.  

"Between the Lines" earned seven nominations for the 2026 Ken Page Awards, earning awards in four of the categories, including Outstanding Musical.  

The Ken Page Awards is an annual celebration of outstanding achievement in high school musical theatre in the Saint Louis region (formally known as the St. Louis High School Musical Theatre Awards).  Ken Page was a celebrated actor and singer from St. Louis. CHS students won four awards at the May 28 ceremony at the Fox Theatre in St. Louis. (Award recipients are highlighted in purple below.)
