Registration Update

We are pleased to report Skyward Family Access - including the Skyward App - is up and running for you to use!  Here is some important information regarding registration for the 2026-27 school year:

As we work through the busy registration season, our Registration Office is NOT ACCEPTING WALK-INS at this time.

If you need assistance with registration, residency verification, address changes, or enrollment questions you can:

Tomorrow, Wednesday, July 29, assistance with online registration will be available at Collinsville High School.

Required Physicals and Immunizations Reminder
It's the time of year to schedule and complete the immunizations, physicals and other exams required by the State of Illinois for school attendance.

The State of Illinois requires immunizations, physical examinations, eye and dental exams for children in school.  These student health requirements apply to all schools in Illinois - public, charter or private. Noncompliance can result in a child being excluded from school. 

SIHF Offering Physical Exams & Immunizations July 29 and 30 To assist families whose children need school or sports physicals, and/or immunizations for the upcoming school year, SIHF Healthcare will have their mobile unit at Collinsville High School on Wednesday, July 29, and Thursday, July 30, from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.  THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE TO ALL CUSD 10 STUDENTS.   School & Sports Physicals  Immunizations available Provided by SIHF Healthcare Appointments preferred, Walk-ins welcome To make an appointment, call 618-578-5701 Complete consent at the following link: https://tsi.sihf.org/public/page/school-consent-form/collinsville Insurance plans accepted but not required

IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING FEE PAYMENT: If you experienced a problem while attempting to pay your school fees during online registration, please log-in and try again.

The recent Skyward update and outage resulted in a widespread hiccup with the RevTrak payment platform we utilize to collect payments. The issue has been resolved.
